PC Construction's contract work includes the excavation and placement of foundation, supply and construction of gabion walls and placement of the backfill.
The gabion cages were placed to stop the erosion to a river bank in St Asaph, north wales. The works had to be carried out due to a gas main that crossed the field that was being eroded by the river. All materials and plant were transported half a mile across two fields.
